PAYMENT
When you register for the festival, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your spot and information about the payment. After that you (and your partner, if you registered in couple) have to pay for your pass within 7 days. If not we reserve the right to cancel your spot.
You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Payment is possible via bank transfer only to the bank details that are provided to you with your confirmation e-mail.

When we receive your payment, we will send you confirmation of admittance via the e-mail address you provided. If you need an invoice please let us know via e-mail.

REFUND
We can refund you if you cancel by sending us an email:
– 50% until 01.10.2025
– 20% until 31.10.2025
– After 01.11.2025, we don’t refund any money.

TRANSFER YOUR TICKET If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event, you have the option of transferring your ticket to another person. Email mainhattenblues@gmail.com from the e-mail adress you registered with including your reason for transferring and the other person’s contact information. We will get back to you. The other person has to attend the festival in the same role and level as the original registration.

Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 5 days before the event starts. You can not transfer your ticket to the next year.

EVENT CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND COMMUNICATION We reserve the right to cancel the event due to low registrations or to forced reasons (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic). In such an event, ticket holders will be refunded their ticket price. Other claims against the event organizer are not possible.

If needed we might change or cancel teachers for whatever reason and we reserve the right to find replacement teachers. We also reserve the right to change the time or location of the evening dances as well as the live bands and will communicate any changes on our website and/or social media accounts.

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS With your registration, you give your permission to take photos, videos, and audio at the event and a license to use such material for our event marketing and on social media.
Recordings of the lessons are not allowed unless granted explicit permission by the teachers.

RESPONSABILITY The Mainhatten Blues is a physical activity in groups and there is a risk of injuries. The organizer does not take any responsibility for participants’ valuables, assets, or physical injuries. It is the participants’ responsibility and decision to do any dance activity during the event.

Take care of yourself and the other participants and bring your best floor craft to our event!

If a participant fails to comply to our code of conduct in terms of safety for the other participants, the organizer is entitled to withdraw the participant’s pass and ask him/her to leave the event without a refund of any fees. We can also ask you to leave the festival without any refunds given if you don’t behave appropriately.

LEVELS + AUDITION The teachers and organizers reserve the right to ask participants to change into a more appropriate level during the event, especially during the audition.

EVENT RULES Participants have to wear wristbands at all times. It is mandatory to show the wristband at the entry of classes and parties. Underaged participants (<18 years) are not allowed.
